📦At RowKeys, every piece is carefully handcrafted in small batches. Because our products are handmade, please allow a little extra time for us to prepare your order.

⏰Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional time depending on the design. If your order needs extra production time, we will contact you by email.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

💎Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

Any available free shipping offers will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout.

📪Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
