Handmade Notice

All RowKeys products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, texture, shape, or small details.

These minor variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Please carefully review the product photos, descriptions, dimensions, and compatibility information before placing your order.

For customized products, please carefully check all customization details before submitting your order.

Cancel or Change Your Order

• You can request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at rowkeys@outlook.com.
• After 24 hours, we will begin processing and preparing your order. Orders canceled after this 24-hour period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
• For custom or personalized orders, production may begin shortly after the order is placed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Returns & Exchanges

For custom or personalized products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has started.

Please make sure to check the product information, dimensions, and compatibility before placing your order.

💔 Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at rowkeys@outlook.com and provide photos or other relevant information.

After reviewing and confirming the issue, we will be happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund to make sure you are satisfied with your order.

Please note that delays caused by customs, weather, or local postal services are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a refund. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
